KMZ Industries Unveiled Its Latest Engineering Innovations at Agritechnica 2025

12.11.2025

At the Agritechnica 2025 international exhibition in Hanover, Germany, KMZ Industries presented its updated range of grain handling equipment and engineering solutions developed in response to market demands in recent years.

According to Valeriia Kalashnyk, CEO of KMZ Industries, the company’s main goal at the exhibition was to demonstrate how Ukrainian engineering continues to advance even under challenging conditions, introducing new approaches to efficiency, mobility, and energy savings.

One of the key premieres was the Pre-Clean grain separator, now launched into serial production. Its design does not require additional cyclones, reduces loads on metal structures, and minimizes vibration — while remaining more cost-effective than comparable solutions available on the market. This allows customers to optimize the cost of supporting structures and overall construction of their grain facilities.

We have also begun implementing modular grain storage systems — a product that emerged in response to the realities of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Ten facilities have already been installed. Their key advantages are mobility, quick assembly, and no need for additional loading or unloading equipment. Such storages can be installed by the customer’s own team within a single day and reused at different locations for many years,” noted Valeriia Kalashnyk, CEO of KMZ Industries.

The company also introduced a new line of conveying equipment, featuring a more compact design, lower power consumption, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into existing grain facilities without the need for extensive civil works.

Another innovation is the redesigned silo roof, which combines the best technical solutions from previous product lines. The new design makes silos more versatile and easier to manufacture and assemble.

In addition, KMZ Industries showcased case studies of silo installations for soy protein concentrate, which requires specific storage conditions, as well as improved grain drying equipment that reduces fuel consumption by 5–10% and offers simplified maintenance.
