KMZ Industries implemented the first release of the grain storage complex maintenance and repair system

The introduction of the MRO system of technical inspections and repairs allowed the grain storage complex to:

• Digitize data on the operation of transport equipment
• Automate the work of this section
• Increase the speed and quality of work
• To get away from the influence of the human factor as much as possible and reduce the need for operating personnel
• Organize different levels of employee access to the operation of transport equipment, determine the personal responsibility of each
• Provide differentiated data for different professionals (mechanics, electricians, etc.)
• Provide the engineering staff with access to information about the operation of equipment in dynamics and the ability to make informed decisions about the need for repair or preventive inspections

Be ahead of the market

“The first release of our program provides basic digitalization – all decisions based on the data obtained here will be made by engineers and the owner,” says Alexey Lomakin. – There will also be a second release – it already involves the maintenance of an electronic system of a repair log without human intervention and primary data processing, for example, conclusions about changes in the parameters of transporters after the season (increase in electricity consumption, etc.) and recommendations for optimizing the efficiency of this equipment.

In the new marketing season we are planning 3 and 4 releases. In our personal cloud storage, we are already forming a database on the operation of transport equipment manufactured by KMZ Industries at grain storage complex throughout Ukraine. And then, based on the best practices, we will “train” the program so that it offers the best preventive and maintenance solutions for each specific situation.

There are plans for the 5th release. It is a fully intelligent control system and is already in development. Once the market is ready, we will have something to offer”.
