New development of KMZ Industries – special air distribution system

We are successfully introducing another useful development of our design bureau: a new air distribution system. The development is especially popular with customers who work with products with high bulk density.

The system is an external wiring with galvanized pipes, and there are practically no elements inside the cone that can cause the product to chocking-up or be damaged by the product when loading.

Unlike similar solutions on the market, in the system developed by KMZ Industries, the ventilation is mounted in the lower part of the cone – therefore, in our silos there is no zone where the grain layer is not blown.

In addition, due to the correctly selected diameter of the air ducts the ventilation of the product is completely uniform on all sides.

Designed and tested

Now such a system is installed in the basic configuration on all KMZ Industries cone silos with a diameter of more than 7 meters and is in special demand among customers who store meal, animal feed, oil cake, etc. It already successfully works at many elevators in Ukraine, and one of the latest installations – at one of our facilities in Romania.
