We started manufacturing equipment for the modernization of the grain storage complex in the Cherkasy region

This season we receive rather non-standard orders. One of them is the modernization of a small farm grain storage complex in the Cherkasy region.

“To put it simply, the task was to throw «out the old – install the new» – says Ruslan Demchuk, regional representative of KMZ Industries. – The grain storage complex was inspected by the KMZ Industries team, which included specialists from the construction and installation unit, the technical support department and the grain storage complex equipment automation unit. By decision of the owner and the modernization team, a grain dryer was left at the grain storage complex (an old one, but copes with the task). All transport equipment – bucket elevators, chain scraper conveyors, screw conveyors, as well as gravity equipment is completely replaced. As a result, contracts were signed for the supply of equipment, its installation and electrical connection.”

At the moment, the equipment is in production, soon the installation department will start dismantling the old equipment. All work must be completed in such a way that the grain storage complex can take this year’s corn into its renewed capacity.
