KMZ Industries launches a project for a brewery in western Ukraine

KMZ Industries is producing a new batch of equipment for a brewery in western Ukraine — the next stage of cooperation that began in 2021. The current scope of work includes:

• a hopper-bottom silo with a diameter of 7.4 m and a capacity of 584 m³
• bucket elevators and chain conveyors with a capacity of 50 t/h from the company’s upgraded product line — featuring an improved elevator head design to minimize grain damage and new chains manufactured using American technology, which reduce motor load by 10–15%.

The customer continues to successfully operate the equipment supplied by KMZ Industries during the previous stage of the project. This includes a Brice-Baker SCN-12/24 grain dryer running on alternative fuel with an efficient aspiration system (97.85%), conveying equipment with bucket elevators and chain conveyors rated at 50 t/h over a 100-meter route. The entire complex is integrated with the existing intake and cleaning system, as well as two Variant Agro Build silos with a storage capacity of 5,000 tons each, in operation since 2019. Automation is powered by KMZ Industries’ proprietary software, ensuring seamless control over the entire technological process.
