We ship BBK silos for the second stage of the Vitagro Group grain storage complex construction

For the grain storage complex of the Vitagro Group this week we will ship:

• 2 BBK silos with 12 tiers with a storage capacity of 828 m³ each;
• 1 more silo with storage capacity of 889 m³ and 13 tiers already arrived at the facility last week.
  Conveying equipment

Also, for both stages of construction, conveying equipment manufactured by KMZ Industries was supplied – bucket conveyors and chain conveyors with a capacity of 175 t/h, with a total length of the route of 1455 m.

Weighted decision

In May, we received a delegation of the Vitagro Group at our plant: we showed the guests the production facilities, demonstrated the high-precision automatic American Bradbury line, on which we manufacture panels and ribs for future silos, introduced the company’s specialists.
The customer was able to decide on cooperation – now we are already shipping the equipment to the customer, and our BBK silos will be installed on the foundations that were initially planned for foreign-made silos. The step of the diameter of the silos of the Brice-Baker model line is 1 m – this makes it easy to fit them into the design of any site.
