KMZ Industries has signed a contract to supply a complete set of equipment for the construction of a new grain storage complex in the Volyn region.
The total planned capacity of the future grain storage complex is 15,000 tons of simultaneous storage of agricultural products.
Construction of the first phase is scheduled to begin this spring and will include the installation of two silos with a capacity of 6,000 tons each, a Brice-Baker grain dryer with a capacity of 300 tons per day for corn, a wet grain hopper for 300 tons, a pre-cleaning grain separator with a capacity of 100 tons per hour, a receiving pit, and conveying equipment.
Currently, based on customized calculations tailored to the client, all the necessary equipment is being manufactured at the Karlivka Machine-Building Plant.
“This year, we are not observing the usual off-season when farmers rested all winter and only made plans. Now, they have already actively started implementing these plans. Since December 1 of last year, we have signed about 20 contracts for the production of grain storage equipment,” – said KMZ Industries Commercial Director Oleksandr Nebeskyi.
