Automation department of KMZ Industries has developed a simulator for the drying master of the grain dryer

Our specialists have developed a simulator for the drying master of the grain dryer. The simulator will repeat the grain drying conditions close to real ones. From now on, grain dryers using Brice-Baker equipment will be able to hone their grain handling skills.

“You can see a video of the operation of the software package for our grain dryer,” – says Mykola Cheshikhin, head of the elevator automation department at KMZ Industries. – I will say more, now we can observe the simulation of the grain drying process. What does it give us and why? This product – you can call our new development that way – allows you to hone your skills in managing a grain dryer, to delve into the work process, to see the dependences of temperature, humidity and the amount of dried grain.

In my opinion, a great trainer for a dryer master that will work on our dryer. For engineers, this is an opportunity to implement changes in the operation of the equipment and immediately test it.”
