KMZ Industries made new KBS drum cleaner with 5 sieves

KMZ Industries has released a new model of a universal grain cleaning machine – an integrated drum separator of the KBS type – with 5 sieves. New own development of the design bureau of the company.

High productivity

Prior to this, KMZ Industries produced separators with three and four sieves.
• The 5th sieve will increase the productivity of equipment from 150 tons / hour to 200 tons / hour for preliminary cleaning.
• 25% – up to 20 square meters – in the new separator, the total area of ​​sieves increased.

Suitable for all cultures

KMZ Industries separator cleans all types of cereals, legumes, oilseeds and industrial crops, as well as corn. It is effective when working with wet grain.

Three functions in one equipment

KSB is a universal equipment that allows you to reduce the number of types of cleaning equipment used at the elevator by combining 3 functions in one machine:
• scalper (preliminary cleaning of grain),
• separator (primary and secondary treatment)
• and the calibrator (separation of grain into fractions by size).
