Separator in Lviv

KMZ Industries has installed a KBS separator with a capacity of 150 t/h at the “Zolochevsky elevator” in Lviv region. This separator fully copes with any crops and in any moisture conditions. All declared technical characteristics correspond to reality. The KBS separator from KMZ Industries allows you to work on five different cleaning schemes depending on the type of crop, degree of pollution and requirements to the final product:

• The universal scheme is the most efficient cleaning mode. It allows you to remove all types of impurities. To optimize efficiency, it is advisable to employ flip valves at the product outlet from the grids;
• Aspiration is the simplest scheme, where only light impurities (dust, etc.) are removed by means of a ventilation system. In this case, the drum and screens are not involved;
• Pre-cleaning uses aspiration for light impurities and the drum for coarse impurities;
• Separation is achieved by using aspiration and a drum at the same time, which allows for the removal of both fine and coarse impurities;
• Calibration involves two processes: the aspiration removes light impurities, and the drum removes fine impurities.
