A Brice-Baker SNC 10/24 grain dryer produced by KMZ Industries is used at the grain storage complex in the Kyiv region. Its productivity is 13 t/h of corn at a decrease in humidity from 25% to 14%. The equipment runs on alternative fuel. Although the dryer is not powerfull, it takes care of the environment: it is equipped with a dust suppression system that prevents dust from being thrown out of the outer structure.
100% automation is mandatory for all grain dryers of our production. The automated technological process control system ensures control, management and registration of drying. The possibility of integration into the existing systems of ACS TP of the enterprise is foreseen. The production of the equipment, installation, automation and start-up of the grain drying complex is carried out entirely by KMZ Industries’ own divisions.
