Dacsa Bunge Ukraine

A grain dryer Brice-Baker SCN-12/48 was installed at the Dacsa Bunge Ukraine processing plant for cereals and flour. The capacity of the dryer is 90 t/h for wheat, with the removal of 5% moisture. The requirements for environmental friendliness at the new plant are very high, which is why the Brice-Baker dryer was chosen, the efficiency of the aspiration system of which (97.85%) is proven by independent tests.

Much attention is paid to the issue of equipment efficiency. Therefore, the grain dryer is equipped with a heat recovery system that can reduce fuel consumption by 30% compared to grain dryers without heat recovery. Like all Brice-Baker grain dryers, this one is also fully automated.

Installation of the grain dryer was carried out in 1 month. “The installation took place ‘from wheels,’ there is little space, and there is also a building nearby, which prevents the standard installation work,” comments Vyacheslav Stepanchuk, Director of Construction and Installation of KMZ Industries. “But we were confident in our abilities, and now the installation is 99.9% complete. We met the deadlines, as it should be for professionals!”

The capacity of the production complex will be 300 tons of corn processing per day (100,000 tons per year).
