Nosovsk grain storage complex

KMZ Industries grain storage equipment was installed in 2 stages: in 2011 and in 2012. At the first stage , was installed:

• 3 hoppers SMVU 46.04.K45.V12 with a diameter of 4.6 m and a total storage capacity of 231 tons;
• 4 hoppers SMVU.73.12.K45.V12.A with a diameter of 7.3 m each and a total storage capacity of 2,180 tons;
• 5 silos for flour HE-160A (total storage capacity 158.7 m3);
• 6 bucket elevators with a capacity of 175 t/h and a total route length of 135.5 m;
• 1 bucket elevator with a productivity of 20 t/h and a height of 18.8 m;
• KBS grain cleaner with a capacity of 100 t/h;
• 3 chain conveyors TSC-200 with a total length of 43.5 m;
• 2 chain conveyors TSC-320 with a total length of 95 m;
• 11 chain conveyors TSC-400 with a total length of 195 m.

In the second stage, KMZ Industries manufactured flat bottom silos SMVU.220.16.V12.A (diameter – 22 m, storage capacity – 7,886 m³ / 6,309 tons) and 2 additional chain conveyors TSC- 400.
