Grain storage complex Agro

KMZ Industries equipped one of Agrain’s grain storage complex Agro with 30 hoppers with a simultaneous storage capacity of 115,000 tons. This is about 60% of the capacity of the entire granary.

The project at the complex was implemented in 3 stages.

In 2008, 2 KBS separators with a capacity of 200 t/h were installed. In 2009, 2 flat bottom silos SMVU.220.16.V12.A (diameter of each – 22 m, storage capacity – 7,886 m³ / 6,309 tons) and 2 hoppers SMVU 37.05.K55.V12 (diameter of each – 3.7 m, storage capacity – 74 m³ / 59 tons).

In 2014, another 30 flat-bottom silos were installed: 8 silos with a diameter of 22 m, 10 ones with a diameter of 16.5 m and 12 silos with a diameter of 14.7 m.

Additionally, in 2008, a belt conveyor was installed under the operational silos. Remarkably, for 10 years of operation in the open air, the paintwork has never needed to be updated.
