Inter

KMZ Industries has been a partner of “Inter” LLC for more than 5 years. The result of cooperation is an grain storage complex in the village of Ichnia. It is one of the largest grain storage complex in the Chernihiv region: 200,000 tons of simultaneous storage, of which 170,000 tons are provided by KMZ Industries silos. In addition, the first Brice-Baker grain dryer in Ukraine, manufactured by KMZ Industries (model BB SCN-16/72) with a capacity of 116 t/h, was installed on this grain storage.

In 2019, the complex was replenished with 10 hoppers for operational storage (total storage capacity of 1,400 tons). They are installed above the railway branch and facilitate the simultaneous loading of grain into the cars.

In 2020, cooperation with “Inter” company was continued with the installation of conveying equipment:

• bucket elevators with productivity 175 t/h and a height of 24 m;
• chain conveyors with productivity 100 t/h and a length of 16 m.

Grain storage complex automation was also performed by KMZ Industries specialists.

Since 2014, the complex has been operating in total:

• 18 silos on a flat bottom: 16 with a storage capacity of 10,700 tons each and 2 with a capacity of 5,000 tons;
• 18 hoppers;
• chain conveyors with a productivity of 100 t/h, 150 t/h, 175 t/h and a total length of 1,396 m;
• bucket elevators 100 t/h, 150 t/h, 175 t/h and the total length of the route is 437 m.
