Ingulets grain storage complex
The grain dryer Brice-Baker SCN-12/48 is installed on the elevator – direct-flow, continuous operation, modular design. This equipment works effectively with grain of all crops. The capacity of the grain dryer is 90 t/h.
Grain dryer automation provides optimal and stable grain drying mode depending on the selected crop, full process control, signaling and protection. Besides, remote start of torches from the control panel is provided.
From the control panel of the grain dryer, the following is controlled and regulated:
- grain moisture;
- the state of operation of the burners;
- state of operation of turbofans;
- grain temperature;
- drying agent temperature;
- humid air temperature by zones;
- the state of operation of conveyors for supplying and collecting grain;
- as well as remote control of the operation of the mechanisms of this equipment.
