Four hoppers SMVU 110.14 with a diameter of 11 meters and a total storage capacity of 6,576 tons were installed at the Nizhynskyi Fat Factory.
The silos are used for the storage of granulated meal; therefore, to withstand the additional load, they have a reinforced bottom. The silos were also equipped with fasteners for vault breaking devices.
The processing factory has special requirements not only for equipment but also for automation. The automation department of KMZ Industries worked with a processing factory for the first time, but they successfully coped with the task. The automation of specific processes, such as oil reloading (automation of loading oil into railway tanks), granulation lines, etc., was successful.
