A feature of the construction of the Service Grain grain storage complex is a 9-meter elevation difference in the territory in the area of ​​the entrance of transport and the location of the silos. The silos are arranged in steps. The complex is located in a seismically hazardous area. The start of cooperation with KMZ Industries was set in 2007. Then the following equipment was installed at the facility:

• 5 silos with a diameter of 16.5 m with a total capacity of 19,520 tons;
• 4 KBS grain cleaners;
• 18 sweeping augers for silos with a diameter of 16.5 m, 18.3 m and 22 m;
• as well as 2 TSC-320 chain scraper conveyors with a total route length of 32 m and 16 TSC-400 chain scraper conveyors with a total route length of 456.6 m.

The following year, the complex was expanded with 6 hoppers with a diameter of 3.7 m with a capacity of 40 tons each and 6 silos with a diameter of 22 m with a capacity of 5,579 and 8,498 tons. 10 bucket elevators with a capacity of 175 t/h were installed with a total route length of 472 m.

In 2011, hoppers with a diameter of 3.7 and 7.3 m were added to the existing capacities for operational storage (with a capacity of 4,360 tons). Now the grain storage complex operates 18 silos for long-term storage with a total capacity of 107,000 tons.
