KMZ Industries has joined the “Win Talent back to Ukraine” program, implemented by Lugera Ukraine with the support of the USAID Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative (UCBI).
The aim of the program is to help thousands of Ukrainians affected by the war to prepare for and obtain high-quality and skilled jobs free of charge.
The target audience of the program is veterans, internally displaced persons, families of fallen servicemen, and refugees returning to Ukraine.
Representatives of these categories can fill in a special questionnaire and take part in a 4-month training course developed on the basis of the strongest and most effective international practices.
Lugera Ukraine’s trainers are ready to help participants assess their psychological and professional state, identify their preferences and professional capabilities, collect and describe their experience, and gain important skills for job search.
In October 2023, the Returning Talent to Ukraine program was launched in Dnipro: the first 120 residents of the regional centre are already working with specialists and taking the course. KMZ Industries, recognising the importance of this social project in a time of great difficulty for the country and its citizens, is happy to join the program and is ready to support it.
“Karlivka Machine-Building Plant has more than 160 years of successful history and remains one of the city-forming enterprises in Poltava region. For several years now, due to the full-scale war, our company, like many others across the country, has also been experiencing a shortage of skilled labour. However, we are a critical production facility closely linked to the agricultural industry, which continues to work steadfastly and relentlessly. This means that we have to work as well. That is why KMZ Industries joined the Lugera Ukraine initiative and became a partner of the “Bringing Talent Back to Ukraine” programme, which is so necessary today for both Ukrainians who need employment and employers who are experiencing a shortage of staff“, – said Olena Musashykhova, HR Director of KMZ Industries.
KMZ Industries is a modern Ukrainian company that provides ample opportunities for professional growth and is open to cooperation with ambitious, responsible and proactive professionals. On 31 January 2024, KMZ Industries joined the Job Fair, which was organised to introduce the program candidates to the companies that support it.
