Kovelske grain storage complex
The installation of silos with a side discharge system was successfully completed at Kovel HPP. At the moment, KMZ Industries is the only Ukrainian manufacturer of elevator equipment that has implemented such an option for its customers.
The side unloading system, which the silos at this facility are equipped with, is popular among elevator operators in many countries, in particular, farmers in Eastern Europe, where, along with European requirements for the quality of equipment, all the possibilities for optimization and cost savings are finely honed.
2 Brice-Baker silos are installed at the HPP on a flat base VVK 16.18.V12 with a diameter of 16 m and a total storage capacity of 4,592 m3. each. The silos were installed on a foundation that was originally built for foreign-made silos.
